Gorbio: No Sunset.

This typical village of the Cote d'Azur
has one circular street too narrow for cars
and many little paths.
It was obviously built without a conscious plan
the way a bird builts a nest.
In other words, it is incredibly well done.

Little villages like Gorbio are an important part
of the French Riviera.
And being away from it most of the time
makes me want to rediscover and often discover
these nuggets that can be appreciated more
by the outsider that I have become.

As it is trapped between two hills
there can be no sunset watching in Gorbio.
Yet dinner there is a romantic thing.
