Inside Dodge Viper
by Andrei Rublev  Friday, September 3rd.

The inside of the Viper is very spartan. No AC, not much room, no fuss. Two white circles behind the wheel are like the snake's eyes staring at me. They display the usual info. A fat orange arrow appears from time to time in a smaller black circle in the middle of the two others, slightly higher. It tells me that it's too late to shift to second gear and pulls the stick into forth gear when I try to shift to second. Not only roofless and the only glass is the windshield. That's right, there is no side-window.

It's the first night of Labor Day week-end and Las Vegas is filling up rapidly. Siegfried and Roy are disappointing but hey! what did I expect? Late at night we're back in the box.
